March 15th, 5-7pm. We will explore themes of interconnectedness. Our gathering will involve explorative yogic movement, meditation, and body painting. Limited spacing.

This women's art circle is a space to practice yoga, body art, and discussion. If you are craving a connection to your body, mind, and community, join us.
We will explore painting our own bodies and each other's bodies with colors and symbols that celebrate our collective experience. This is a fully consent-based space where mutual respect and safety are our priorities. Body painting will be guided and collaborative. Engage with the process in ways that feel right for you.
Things to know for the circle:
- This experience will be up to 120mins long.
- All materials are provided.
- Exact meeting spot and parking information will be shared over email closer to the event day.
- Bring a journal to process your experience.
What to expect:
- Yogic practices (breathwork, movement, meditation)
- Body painting (own and others')
- Sharing our experiences in an intimate seated circle in my personal living room
No previous experience necessary. Open to all individuals who identify as woman, 18 years and older. Limited reservations.
Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will not be refunded due to preparation of art materials. It is encouraged to gift your spot to a friend who would be interested in the event, or letting Krisha know so that those waitlisted may join.
